The uniaxial tensile test of the 5A06-O aluminium–magnesium (Al–Mg) alloy sheet was performed in the temperature range of 20–300 °C to obtain the true stress–true strain curves at different temperatures and strain rates. The constitutive model of 5A06-O Al–Mg alloy sheet with the temperature range from 150 to 300°C was established. Based on the test results, a unique finite element simulation platform for warm hydroforming of 5A06-O Al–Mg alloy was set up using the general finite element software MSC.Marc to simulate warm hydroforming of classic specimen, and a coupled thermo-mechanical finite element model for warm hydroforming of cylindrical cup was built up. Combined with the experiment, the influence of the temperature field distribution and loading conditions on the sheet formability was studied. The results show that the non-isothermal temperature distribution conditions can significantly improve the forming performance of the material. As the temperature increases, the impact of the punching speed on the forming becomes particularly obvious; the optimal values of the fluid pressure and blank holder force required for forming are reduced.  相似文献

With co-substitution of (Li0.5Sm0.5) at A site and W at B site, the electrical properties of modified Ca0.92(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.08Bi2Nb2-xWxO9 [(CLS)BN-xW, x = 0, 0.015 and 0.03] piezoceramics with ultrahigh Curie temperature (TC) of > 930 °C were enhanced dramatically. The increased resistivity induced by the co-substitution ensure them to be polarized under an enough high field. Combined with the increase of spontaneous ferroelectric polarization (PS), the significant enhancements in the piezoelectric, dielectric and ferroelectric properties can be obtained in the composition x = 0.015. Furthermore, the piezoelectric activity (d33) and bulk resistivity (ρb) of (CLS)BN-0.015 W can be further enhanced at an appropriate sintering temperature. This optimum composition sintered at 1170 °C shows ultrahigh TC of ~948 °C, d33 of ~17.3 pC/N and ρb of ~6.9 MΩ cm at 600 °C, which are comparable to those of the reported high-temperature Aurivillius piezoceramics with TC > 850 °C.  相似文献

The transparent Er3+-Yb3+-doped fluoro-aluminosilicate glass-ceramic (GC) was prepared by melt-quenching. The crystal phase, morphology, and up-conversion (UC) luminescence of as-produced GC were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and fluorescence spectrophotometry, respectively. The results show that BaYF5 nanocrystals were uniformly distributed in the glass matrix of the as-produced GC. When the as-produced GC was subjected to heat treatment, the crystallinity was increased, but the crystal identity remains unchanged. Such heat-treatment doubled the intensity of the UC luminescence, and this enhancement was ascribed to the increased incorporation of both Er3+ and Yb3+ ions into the lower phonon energy environment of BaYF5 nanocrystals. Furthermore, the heat-treated GC was stable against further crystallization, and consequently its UC luminescence was stable at the application temperature. The heat-treated GC was found to possess an outstanding temperature-sensing capability.  相似文献

高性能集群的作业调度通常使用作业调度系统来实现,准确填写作业运行时间能在很大程度上提升作业调度效率。现有的研究通常使用机器学习的预测方式,在预测精度和实用性上还存在一定的提升空间。为了进一步提高集群作业运行时间预测的准确率,考虑先对集群作业日志进行聚类,将作业类别信息添加到作业特征中,再使用基于注意力机制的NR-Transformer网络对作业日志数据建模和预测。在数据处理上,根据与预测目标的相关性、特征的完整性和数据的有效性,从历史日志数据集中筛选出7维特征,并按作业运行时间的长度将其划分为多个作业集,再对各作业集分别进行训练和预测。实验结果表明,相比于传统机器学习和BP神经网络,时序神经网络结构有更好的预测性能,其中NR-Transformer在各作业集上都有较好的性能。  相似文献

为了研究温度分布对于管阵列结构中的声透射特性的影响,以核电站的实际工况为背景,构建了不同的温度场以及周期性变化的非均匀温度场,利用有限元方法进行数值模拟。结果表明:(1)温度分布会改变管阵列声透射频谱的“禁带”宽度以及中心频率位置。在同一介质中,温度变化对频率较高位置的影响大于频率较低的位置。(2)在同样为10℃的温度差下,当水的平均声速为1 653 m·s-1、饱和水蒸气的平均声速为522.5 m·s-1时,介质为水时的禁带宽度及中心频率位置变化较大,即声速大的介质的频谱对于温度的变化更敏感。(3)当温度差在10℃以内,在周期性变化的非均匀温度场和与均匀温度场中管阵列声透射特性在第一中心频率23 996.1 Hz之前,两频谱差别很小,在第一禁带之后会出现明显区别。该研究成果对完善核电站应用的声学检测提供了理论基础。  相似文献

Lithium alanate (LiAlH4) is a material that can be potentially used for solid-state hydrogen storage due to its high hydrogen content (10.5 wt%). Nevertheless, a high desorption temperature, slow desorption kinetic, and irreversibility have restricted the application of LiAlH4 as a solid-state hydrogen storage material. Hence, to lower the decomposition temperature and to boost the dehydrogenation kinetic, in this study, we applied K2NiF6 as an additive to LiAlH4. The addition of K2NiF6 showed an excellent improvement of the LiAlH4 dehydrogenation properties. After adding 10 wt% K2NiF6, the initial decomposition temperature of LiAlH4 within the first two dehydrogenation steps was lowered to 90 °C and 156 °C, respectively, that is 50 °C and 27 °C lower than that of the аs-milled LiAlH4. In terms of dehydrogenation kinetics, the dehydrogenation rate of K2NiF6-doped LiAlH4 sample was significantly higher as compared to аs-milled LiAlH4. The K2NiF6-doped LiAlH4 sample can release 3.07 wt% hydrogen within 90 min, while the milled LiAlH4 merely release 0.19 wt% hydrogen during the same period. According to the Arrhenius plot, the apparent activation energies for the desorption process of K2NiF6-doped LiAlH4 are 75.0 kJ/mol for the first stage and 88.0 kJ/mol for the second stage. These activation energies are lower compared to the undoped LiAlH4. The morphology study showed that the LiAlH4 particles become smaller and less agglomerated when K2NiF6 is added. The in situ formation of new phases of AlNi and LiF during the dehydrogenation process, as well as a reduction in particle size, is believed to be essential contributors in improving the LiAlH4 dehydrogenation characteristics.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the influence of pH on rheological and viscoelastic properties of solutions based on blends of type A (GeA) or type B (GeB) gelatin and chitosan (CH). Solutions of GeA, GeB, CH, GeA:CH, and GeB:CH were prepared in several pH (3.5–6.0) and analyzed for determination of zeta-potential. Rheological analyses (stationary and dynamic essays) were carried out with blends allowing to study the effect of pH on shear stress, apparent viscosity, loss (G”) and storage (G’) moduli, and angle phase (Tanδ). Zeta potential of all biopolymers decreased linearly as a function of pH. CH presented higher values, and GeB, the lowest one, being the only having negative values at pH > 5. Overall, the pH influenced the rheological and viscoelastic properties of the colloidal solutions: shear stress and apparent viscosity increased as a function of pH. Other assays were carried out at 3% and 5% strain, for GeA:CH and GeB:CH, respectively. In the sol domain, G’ and G” (1 Hz) increased linearly for GeA:CH. But for GeB:CH, they increased in two linear different regions: one function between pH 3.5 and 5.0 and another one between 5.0 and 6.0, being a more important effect was visible in this last domain probably due to the negative net charge of gelatin, above it pI. An effect in two domains was also visible for Tanδ, explained in the same manner as previously. The GeB:CH blends behaved like diluted solutions, and transition temperatures increased as a function of pH.  相似文献

Referring to the total surface existing in wheat dough, gluten–starch interfaces are a major component. However, their impact on dough rheology is largely unclear. Common viewpoints, based on starch surface modifications or reconstitution experiments, failed to show unambiguous relations of interface characteristics and dough rheology. Observing hybrid artificial dough systems with defined particle surface functionalization gives a new perspective. Since surface functionalization standardizes particle–polymer interfaces, the impact on rheology becomes clearly transferable and thus, contributes to a better understanding of gluten–starch interfaces. Based on this perspective, the effect of particle/starch surface functionality is discussed in relation to the rheological properties of natural wheat dough and modified gluten–starch systems. A competitive relation of starch and gluten for intermolecular interactions with the network-forming polymer becomes apparent during network development by adsorption phenomena. This gluten–starch adhesiveness delays the beginning of non-linearity under large deformations, thus contributing to a high deformability of dough. Consequently, starch surface functionality affects the mechanical properties, starting from network formation and ending with the thermal fixation of structure.  相似文献
